FSKLRG09 Use strategies to respond to routine workplace problems Release 1 describes the skills and knowledge required to identify routine workplace problems and strategies to respond to the problems. It includes information on how to:

-plan to respond to workplace problems
-propose problem solving strategies
-review problem solving strategies

The learner guide is presented in a clear and easy to read format to help learners at this level. It follows a story based structure, using a simple continuous workplace scenario to address the unit requirements.
