TAEDES401 Design and develop learning programs describes the skills and knowledge required to conceptualise, design, develop and review learning programs to meet an identified need for a group of learners. It includes information on how to:

-define the parameters of the learning program
-work within the VET policy framework
-develop program content
-design the structure of the learning program

It contains comprehensive learning content and detailed examples demonstrating best practice. Activities in each section provide an opportunity for the learner to consolidate and apply their knowledge.
