How do I place an order online?

In order to use Aspire’s online store, you need to register an online account with us. To do this, click the ‘Login’ button at the top of the screen. Click the ‘Create new account’ button and enter your details. Once you have registered your online account, you can search for the products you require and add them to your cart. When you are ready to check out, click on the ‘Cart’ button at the top of the screen and follow the prompts to proceed to checkout, apply payment and complete your order.

What do I do if I forget my username and password?

Your username will be an email address. If you have forgotten your password, when you go to log in, there is a ‘Forgot password’ button. Click the button and follow the prompts to reset your password.

How do I change my account/profile details?

Log in to your account. Then click on your name and select ‘details’. The fields will appear for you to amend your details, once complete click ‘Update’ to save.

Can I edit my order?

If you have added all items to your cart, in the ‘Cart’ screen you can amend quantities or remove products. However please note – once you have confirmed your order, there is no way to edit it. Digital products including Trainer’s and assessor’s guides including Assessment resource (TAG-ARs) and Trainer and assessor resource (TAR) are non-returnable or refundable. Please check your order before finalising and proceeding to payment.

I’m looking for a specific unit. How can I tell if you publish it?

The easiest way to look for a specific unit is by using the search bar which appears at the top of our home page. Enter in the competency code, ISBN, title or part title and click search, select one of the product options from the drop-down box. If your search appears, we definitely have it.
