New Integrity Legislation Introduced into Parliament: National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Amendment Bill 2024

Earlier this month, the Federal Government introduced the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Amendment Bill 2024. This Bill empowers ASQA to act against the few registered training organisations (RTOs) in the sector who circumvent regulatory requirements, ensuring that VET training is delivered to the highest standards of integrity and quality.
